The two protagonists
- Jason Duval: grew up around hustlers, tried to straighten out in the army and ended up in the Leonida Keys working for local traffickers. His landlord, Brian Heder, is one of them.
- Lucia Caminos: introduced inside a penitentiary in trailer 1; trailer 2 shows her release and her reunion with Jason. Official material describes her as the strategist of the pair.
They are a couple in and out of crime, and the story is built around that relationship: heists together, mutual cover and the option to split up to shake the police.
The setting: Leonida
The plot moves across the whole state: Vice City and its beaches, the Leonida Keys, the Grassrivers swamps, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga. The conspiracy that traps the couple stretches, per the official text, across all of that territory.
How it is told
The game gives each protagonist their own Criminal Profile, which evolves with how you play, and puts heists at the center of the plot. The November 19, 2026 launch is a single-player experience: no online mode is announced for release.
