When does GTA VI come out?
Grand Theft Auto VI releases on November 19, 2026. Rockstar confirmed it on its Newswire and Take-Two has reiterated the date at every shareholder meeting.
Which platforms will it be on?
PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No other console versions have been announced.
Will GTA VI come to PC?
There is no PC date. Take-Two says PC is becoming more and more important to the company; GTA 5 took 18 months to make the jump and Red Dead Redemption 2 took 13.
How much does GTA VI cost?
The Standard Edition costs $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition $99.99 (exclusive collection of vehicles, weapons, clothing and action, with the Goodtime Gear content). See the editions page for the full breakdown.
Does the physical edition include a disc?
No. The physical box includes a download code instead of a disc, on both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
What is the pre-order bonus?
Every pre-order includes The Vintage Vice City Pack, and the stores also mention one free month of GTA+. Mind the fine print: you must buy the game before November 19, 2026 at 23:59:59.
Does it include a new GTA Online?
Not at launch. Rockstar presents GTA VI as a single-player experience with no recurrent consumer spending attached, and Take-Two has confirmed the current GTA Online will keep getting support after release.
Which languages will it launch in?
GTA VI will launch localized into 13 languages, with more potentially added later. The official list has not been published yet.
How many trailers are there?
Two official trailers and a 26-minute Extended Look broadcast on Netflix. You can watch them all in the trailers section.
