Rockstar reportedly reminded the GTA VI cast their NDA runs until November 19

Rockstar has reportedly emailed the entire GTA VI performance cast to remind them of their confidentiality agreement. According to a GTA VI O’Clock source, the message reads: “We would like to remind everyone to please remember your NDA. The date you may announce your involvement is still November 19th.”

The email allegedly went out after Stephen Root became the first actor to confirm his role, telling the Associated Press he plays Brian Heder. He admitted the secret only came out because “too many people knew me from King of the Hill and my voice.”

If the email is real, it rules out the pre-launch cast reveal many fans were expecting: no trailer introducing the actors behind Jason and Lucia, and no magazine features. It fits the studio’s usual approach, as Rockstar has never officially confirmed a single cast member. Manni L. Perez and Dylan Rourke remain the leading fan candidates for Lucia and Jason, though Perez has denied involvement. Rockstar has not commented on the reported email.
